Jon Tobias is an MFA student at San Diego State University. He is the author of the chapbook, Talking to Ghosts, published by Quillkeepers Press. He is the winner of the 2025 E-Lit Competition held at SDSU, judged by Mark Marino, Blas Falconer and Joey King. His poems have appeared in print and online with Quillkeepers Press, White Stag Publishing, Kindabummed Magazine, and Zone 3. His short-short fiction has appeared online and in print by A Word With You Press. He is currently trying to learn coding languages to write poems and flash fiction within computer code.
